Emergency Assistance
Pity there aren't more stars! Brandon Pillay assisted me on Friday and the standard of client service, level of support I received and comfort I was provided was of the highest level I have ever experienced...especially in the South African context we find ourselves in where really caring for others is almost non-existent. Brandon followed up every 30 or so minutes to ensure the relevant service providers were also playing their part and I am grateful to have had this experience. It has completely strengthened my faith in Discovery and SA! Thanks Brandon! That level of service is unheard of and I appreciate it very much!
