<p>On Sunday 28/05/2017, around 13:25, I made a call reporting my accident and requested assistance.</p> <p>The young lady I spoke to was very efficient and kept calling me back checking up on me and reassuring me that the tow company is on its way.</p> <p> </p> <p>Though I was in Duduza and the town company, Cas Towing is in Brakpan, they were there in less than 15 minutes.</p> <p>They assisted me with my car, accompanied me and waited for me at the police station then took me back to my place in Melville, JHB.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank all parties involves for really being on the ball and for really giving me peace of mind during a very stressful time and Discovery for having this full service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My claim has not been finalised yet, so I'll only comment on that once it has been concluded.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p>
