Eljoney Executive Body Repairs Not keeping their promises

Could my insurance have a system of pernalising car repairs who don't live up to the promises. I have been referred by you to Eljoney Executive Body Repairs. Now their just messing things up for me. For a whole week they have been waiting for parts. Is Discovery associating itself with such poor service companies? I'm extremely disappointed in my insurance company. I was promised 5 working days, If more i would get communication. Now I call in to see how far are they. I get told their still waiting for parts in a Factory located in Silverton. That makes no sense to me at all. I lost an amount of R7000 today. Will Eljoney Pay me this money back? No. Will discovery pay me? No. All i will get is SORRY. SORRY. Sorry doesnt pay the bills, Sorry wont feed my kids, Sorry is just an insult. If your going to call me, call me with a solution
