Efficiently handled - Discovery Insure24/ Plumber Assist

Mpho Phokanoka and Gugulethu Dhlalisa were both great as they organised us plumbers to come see a drain blockage late at night. Noone wants their toilet contents coming up their shower drain!! I explained my concerns over the service provider not coming the same night (as had happened to me a previous time) and they were excellent in following up to make sure the plumbers came. Unfortunately the blockage needed special equipment that the plumbers didn’t have on hand and that was also not covered by Discovery, however I appreciate that Mpho explained everything clearly to me and I could make my own decision for follow up.
