Efficient Roadside Assistance

I had reason to utilize Discovery Insure Roadside assistance on a Sunday afternoon. Joelene Scholtz was absolutely fantastic and professional from start to finish. She quickly elicited the necessary information from me and within a few minutes of logging the call, she called back to advise that a flatbed trailer was on its way to collect my vehicle. I was provided with the towing company's name as well as the name of the driver so there could be no confusion. A few hours later I received a follow up call from Joelene to check that everything had run smoothly and that my daughter and I were delivered home safely. Very efficient service, thank you Joelene!
