Efficient & Responsive service on Claim

the Claim agent assigned to me, Bianca Plaatjies, was efficient at responding to my claim & further email correspondence. There was a bit of back & forth with requirements I had to send, but then claim was resolved & paid out within 2 days after I sent the last requirement, and this was over a long weekend. Total claim took 10 days. Thank You
