Efficient Handling of Motor Vehicle Claim

Very pleasant experience especially after dealing with other insurance companies in the past. Admittedly it wasn't a big claim, but was very efficiently handled and authorised within 24 hours. I'm new to Discovery Insure, and was very impressed with the manner in which this matter was handled and Vanessa's attitude and efficiency. In addition, I was able to get hold of her telephonically without having to try and explain the nature of my query to another consultant (which can be frustrating in a call centre type setting) and my emails were also promptly responded to.
