Had my phone flung into a pool by a colleague. (Long story)<br> <br> Discovery insure arranged for it to be picked up and assessed. Once the phone was deemed to be beyond economical repair, i almost immediately got a call informing that the phone would be replaced and that the company replacing it would contact me to arrange such. The whole thing took 2 working days. Not bad I say.<br> <br>
