Efficient, friendly service.
Namhla Mpalulo at Discovery Claims department in Sandton was quick efficient and very friendly when dealing with a recent claim for my lost phone. She handled my claim in one day after a long weekend which I can only imagine was a very busy day. I'm pleased to say my phone was replaced the very next day and delivered to my home. Excellent Service.
