I called Discovery Insure to add a claim. I spoke to Nompumelelo Bandezi. She was most helpful and efficient. The claim was added and within minutes a service provider was appointed, a reference number issued and the details of the claim explained.

It is a pleasure dealing with call centre agents who are this efficient.
