Efficient claim processing
15/10/2018: Household insurance claim I lodged my claim with Tshireletso @09h05am this morning. After registering the claim he requested that I email him pictures of damages goods, which I did promptly. At 12h03pm, Tshireletso called me back to say the claim has been approved and has arranged with the relevant retail store to replace the goods as well arranging for collection of the damaged one. Tshireletso' excellent service exceeded my expectations.
