Efficient claim administration

Very good response and service from Marnus Louw. He conducted himself very professional, he managed expectations very well and kept me in the loop. Only thing that could be done better is requesting supporting documentation twice. After providing my broker on the supporting documentation and was requested again directly from me. This is the second time that I've experienced this trend with a claim.
