Efficient Call Centre weekend response
Had an issue with my debit order for a new item on my policy that should've been pro rata. I was assisted by Tandiwe Mangesi, who was helpful in resolving the issue. She has also offered to contact me again after the issue is resolved.
Well done on the good customer service and assisting with all my queries.
