Efficient and professional help from Lebo

Called Discovery Insure Emergency to assist me with a car that would not start; I suspected the battery was dead. Kelebogile (Lebo) Diale assisted me; she was professional, understanding and efficient. She sms'd me to inform me that someone would be at my premises within about 30 minutes; and in even less time, BikerBoys were at my gate to help. Lebo followed up shortly after they had left to check in to make sure all was sorted. I was impressed.
