Efficient and professional
This was probably the fastest turnaround in getting a claim approved and resolved. I did not expect this fast of a resolution for a claim, I wasn't even sure would qualify. Richard guided me professionally and efficiently through the process and within minutes was able to give me the result of the outcome.
