Efficient and pleasant service

I got very efficient and pleasant assistance from Mzwakhe Maduna from the Client Servicing department. As a new polocyholder I got a letter of confirmation of insurance, changed the commencement date of the policy, got a new letter of confirmation of insurance, inquired about an old tracker device and about Vitality Drive and got everything very quickly sent and answered each time. A pleasant and impressive experience.

Also had excellent and impressive service from Mzu from Discovery Connect when I first signed up for Discovery Insure a couple weeks back. And much cheaper than I expected, despite Discovery giving much more rewards compared to other insurers.
