Efficient and great service
Mukondi Reene Rasamabo assisted me with a burst geyser claim. It isn't often I enjoy a call to a call centre and actually laugh. She was understanding, funny, and also very efficient. Could we have a few more Mukondi's in other companies (and dare I say, in government???)
