Efficient and caring service

Thank you for the speedy assistance Nonjabulo Gwala :) I had car trouble on the way home from work, and got in touch with Discovery Insure's Emergency Services department. Nonjabulo assisted in getting a flatbed truck dispatched to me (they arrived within 15min of my call). She checked in on me twice to make sure that I am safe, and am getting the help needed. This is my first experience with Discovery Insure's Emergency Services department, and it truly was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances.
