Efficiency and Speed
Logged a household claim for a DB Board Burn out - the speed in which I was handled and spoke to was increadible, also Edith assisted with a previous claim of my geyser and the pressure was not the same and the temparature of the water was not the same as before and she assisted with speed in the matter
