Efficiency and smooth sailing

My partner and I had a horrible experience on new years eve. We ended up having an accident where the other vehicle T-boned my car. During this terrible time I still remember how efficient discovery was. The sensor picked up the accident and they phoned to ask if we needed an ambulance and to get the details. As well as assisted with the towing service. But that's just the start. I have dealt with other insurances but none as good as discovery. They called me with updates timeously and even before I could call them. The claim number was sent to me faster than I thought it would be. I really didn't have to hound or waste airtime to get info, they were very efficient. The lovely ladies handling my case were really amazing and made things a breeze. It was nice not to have to stress over the work being done as I am still recovering currently. Discovery is most definitely worth it! Thank you Banele Maseko and the team.
