Efficent and prompt service

I had submitted an online claim to have the damaged cellphone repaired. I was contacted by Tshwarelo within a short time of having submitted my claim. He advised me what was required of me. Within a hour of me submitting the required quotation, I received an email advising me that my claim had been authorised and this was promptly followed up by a telephone call from Tshwarelo confirming same.
