Edith is a rock star

I want to compliment Edith Jubane for the excellent customer experience I had dealing with a claim for a lost cell phone. She went out of her way to assist me and advised me every step of the way. She is a true star and made the claim experience an excellent one and definite one I will talk positively about forever.
