****ed Up Service

I got a call from to insure with them from their broke multi cover, I was advised to cancel with 1st for women with assurance that they will cover immediately. I cancelled yesterday and they said they will do a pro rata till Monday. I have waited for them to debit and send me a cover contact till now I have not received I have sent countless emails since morning and still nothing. I am stressed right now as I do not know weather I have cover or not. such ******* service is unacceptable. if anything happens to the car while on the road I swear the life of me you will pay every single cent...I am now busy looking for insurance again because of their stupid incompetence
