****ed off existing customer - waiting for a quote for over a week

What is below 1 star as a service rating score - that's what I would prefer to chose. Discoveri Insure I have been your client since 2016 - over the past week I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain an insurance quote on a new car for my daughter - your risk assessment team are PATHETIC - why is your turn around more than 48 hours on both occasions on vehicles that I have provided you information on - we gave you all the documents you required - jumped through hoops in record time to provide you with them and surprise surprise I'm waiting once again because your risk department is illiterate (can't read) - where is my QUOTE!!!!!
