*****ED BY DISCOVERY INSURANCE

I decided to join Discovery Insure last year. I have 3 cars and my household insurance with them. In the passed year I had 0 claims. I just had a chip on my windscreen which I was told to get fixed so it doesn't become a crack (think that costs like R200 give or take.) This now I received an email " Congratulations on your 1 year anniversary with discovery" we are put up your premium by R330.50. First of all "Happy anniversary" normally comes with a gift like a decrease in premium for not claiming. No I received an increase. When I called to query they said it was because I claimed (even though it registers as a zero claim) for the chip. When I asked the guy did they really put up my claim R330 a month for a R200 claim he put the phone down in my ear. DISGUSTING. DON'T INSURE WITH DISCOVERY INSURE THEY WILL ***** YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
