Easy to claim, not easy to get money

After my claim was reportedly complete last week Tuesday (12/09), I was advised by Moipone that she had requested payment and that it would take 72 hours. After waiting a week, I followed up. I was advised that she would request payment, yet again. Shortly after I received a Proof of payment, BUT it states that it will take 72 hours to clear! Really unhappy with the length of time this has taken!
