Early morning help from Discovery Insure Emergency Services

I called Discovery Insure because my car battery was flat, and no amount of trying to kickstart it would get it moving. This was on a Thursday morning before 8, with the possibility of rain imminent. Jabulile Shiba responded to my call; I appreciated that she was calm and steady, and we quickly established the extent of the problem (on ignition the lights came on, but the open windows would not close), and we established that my car was easily accessible. She called back with details of whom she had dispatched, and later in the morning she called to check if I had been sorted to my satisfaction, which I had been. Thank you, Jabulile.
