Dylan Krauser: what a gem
Being a compulsive insurer Dylan took his time explaining to me all my queries of which I wasn't 100% sure of. There was no rush and he made it feel like I was the only client he needed to pay attention to the day although I know they were very very busy.
Not only did he understand that my instalment was getting a little high, but assisted in getting it to a price that was suitable while ensuring I had all the cover I needed.
An absolute gem he is. Give this man a raise (or a holiday)
