Dylaan Mafumu Superstar!

I have had endless uphill with Discovery just trying to update a policy schedule. Every consultant I dealt with simply told me there was a n IT error and that they would get back me to which they never did. This went on for almost 2 weeks with multiple phone calls from my side.

Then I got a hold of Dylaan Mafumu. He solved my problem in an hour, by taking the initiative and physically going to IT and he didnt leave until it was fixed.
