Dumber. Dumber and Discovery Insure

I have had a car insured with these clowns for 8 years. Tracker installed, vehicle checks done. All the bells and whistles. My wife was the primary driver of this car. She then purchased a new car and I became the primary driver again of own car. Discovery now tells me that I don't have a tracker, no checks, no points...none of their nonsense that they make you do. It's a new car. Even had a purported senior manager call me and ask if he'd like to make me an appointment to install the tracker in my new Mazda. Going on 2 weeks and latest correspondence is that they need a specialist team to investigate and this will take another week. Even writing this is painful. Just. a driver change. Nothing else. Hopefully when you respond with your generic message to this, you actually read the damn thing and understand that youve somehow messed up my wife's new car on a new policy and my existing one. Not really rocket science here. I bet my premium you won't even understand this when your consultant eventually calls.
