<p>I would like to express my sincere gratitude and for the excellant service I received from Bianca Petersen from Discovery Insure</p> <p>I current reside in Dubai and my son is at Stellenbosch University and unfortunately his iphone was ******.</p> <p>It was unfortunately not possible due to the public holiday and weekend to receive an incident number at the time of incident. I reported , logged the incident and within 48hrs the incident was logged and we had a resolution in place. </p> <p>A rapid business decision was made by the management team of Discovery due to the fact that my son was always in lectures and the incident was in another province.</p> <p>Kudos for Management and of course Bianca Petersen. Bianca who was in constant contact with me in Dubai providing a calm persona all the way back to me in Dubai.</p> <p>Phone was delivered by service provider within 24 hrs of the excess payment and direct to my son at his residence at Stellenbosch University</p>
