Dsicovery Purple Plan Insure -Unskilled & Untrained Consultants

Poorly trained consultants and Team Leader ( Naledi Olifant & Ofentse respectively )without proper knowledge of the Discovery Insure Funder account and how the product work. The answers to the Client questions are generic and Client questions are not answered. Sad that you have Consultants in the Discovery elite insurance plan ( Purple Plan) communicating with high profile clients in this manner. Discovery must undertake an assessment of all their consultants and proper better training on all their product.
