Dropping the Ball !

Discovery is dropping the ball, i was on the line for 5min time and airtime wasted holding for a claims consultant , agent answers they cant assist with claims and transfers me again and it goes through to voicemail . I had to call for a repair booking and got it and now i cant get someone to arrange car hire and i do not want to be inconvenienced with transportation .
