Driving Behavour / Violation Query

I had contacted Discovery Insure today and interacted with Ms Tsholofelo Baloyi. What an amazing Lady. I was terribly upset and did not hold back during our conversation, as I had been waiting for my query to be resolved since January 2024. Tsholofelo was very kind, patient and respectful. Tsholofelo explained that she will investigate the matter and revert. I was not happy with this at all, as other consultants promised to phone me back however, to no avail. I gave Tsholofelo the benefit of the doubt and waited for her phone call. Thank you Tsholofelo for keeping your promise and contacting me. Tsholofelo was the only consultant who was kind enough to phone me back after many many phone calls to Discovery Insure since January 2024. I would highly recommend chatting to Tsholofelo as she will go out of her way to sort out the issues and you can trust that she will call you back.
