DriveMe / Smart Guyz - UNRELIABLE

I'm a loyal Discovery client, Health, Card and Insure.<br> <br> As a preferred partner and to boost vitalitydrive points I opened an account with Smart Guyz, cancelling my goodfellas subscription. Biggest mistake. I've now had 12 instances where their phone simply rings, tonight I phoned multiple times, only to resort to phoning goodfellas and paying R300+ as a non-member for a 15 km trip. This is the fourth and last time. You endorse a third-rate company that's unreliable, unprofessional and with no proper systems or procedures. FIX THIS. I would demand reimbur*****t for the costs I've incurred and a refund of my subscription fees but regardless of my loyalty to Discovery I know you'll just give me a 'We apologise, look into it' line. <br> <br> As much as I've had a good experience with Discovery, the service endorsed's incompetince has cost me over R 2500, excluding Smart Guyz's subscription.<br> <br> I expect proper action to be taken. I've referred numerous people to Discovery insure but this is ridiculous.<br> <br> RESOLVE THIS. I'm getting penalized for having third parties driving after hours - excluding the cost.
