DQT Harsh Acceleration Doing 18km/h - No Follow Up

I posted a report on Friday the 30th of October 2015 regarding being constantly penalized for harsh acceleration doing 18km/h to which I received a response to the complaint from Discovery Insure committing to investigate my query and get back to me by the end of the day (Friday 30th October 2015).
