Dq unit connection problems

My brand ne 4day old dq unit does only connects to my phone app 1 min after i start moving. I lose between 3 & 10 ponit evert time it takes 1min to connect . In last 4days iv lost more point on 1min late connection than on bad driving. This morning i lost 10 points for 1min late connection. It takes me longer than 1min to reverse out my garage and wait for the garage to close. So you penalize me with 10points as im standing still waiting for the garage to close. This is *****ing and crazy as all hell. My broker says i need to open phone and app every time i start to check its working. Than on connection it will se im on the ohome and penalise me aswell. This is utter bull****. You **** clients into baying into your perfect products and treat us like this. Crazy crazy ****. Developers need to work on this problem
