DQ Tracker Review

I believe whole heartedly in Discovery and all its products, I'm a Discovery customer across all platforms although the Insure portion makes it very difficult to stay. I acknowledge that it has made me a safer and more cautious driver with its DQ tracker but what Discover is unable to to correctly is confirm they have the most accurate speed limit information. We travelled on holiday and adhered to what we thought was the correct speed limit. We were able to see that the speed limit information differed from Google Maps compared with my satellite navigation built into my Mazda compared with the road signs. I do believe they need to reasses how they monitor speeds, I can't even overtake long sections of traffic without it penalising me. Furthermore, the harsh braking feature is also an issue, one accounts for the cars around them by maintaining safe following distance but when other motorists use that as a way to cut in and I have to brake to avoid collision I also get penalised.

Lastly, my car sent fir s service and was driven by technicians to test drive and I got penalised for driving vehicle without cell phone being present. There needs to be a feature to say car is going in for service and won't be driven by the owner, similarly when I let my partner use my car and I'm not present, I shouldn't be penalised for not being present in the car.

Thank you for your efforts, I really do appreciate and happy to work with Discovery on something that makes sense.

My biggest issues at the moment are the following.

Mild to harsh breaking from normal speed limits potentially indicate that there is a hazard or someone has cut in which is defensive driving.

The other issue is the speeding in areas with poor markings l, new roads or that don't corellate with my navigation system so according to me I'm doing the speed limit but according to discovery I'm not.

I have not heard back from Discovery with regards to the matter. I furthermore what to emphasize that harsh braking to avoid collision with taxis that cut in or points men that don't know what they doing should not adversely affect me. I might as well crash and get perfect points
