DQ Tracker Report Harsh Acceleration Doing 18km/h

I have been trying to get Discovery Insure to provide an answer for four weeks now as to why I keep getting penalized for harsh acceleration in my vehicle doing 18km/h. I have spoken to call center agents on numerous occasions over the past four weeks with a promise that they will come back to me with a reasonable explanation as it makes no sense that I can be accelerating harshly doing 18km/h. <br> <br> I do my utmost to ensure that I drive incredibly carefully and it is completely discouraging to be penalized for the inaccuracy of the system they have installed in my vehicle. My phone which also has the Discovery Insure App installed does not register the same harsh acceleration. <br> <br> I suspect that if I am pulling off on an incline the DQ tracker registers a greater G-Force than when I am pulling off on a flat road or a decline which leads me to believe that the system installed is inaccurate or faulty. <br> <br> Discovery Insure - are you aware of this glitch and is that the reason you are so silent and unresponsive to my request for an explanation?<br> <br> I find it very demotivating to be penalized continuously for this when I am driving very well and have a score of 100% on the app on my phone.
