The company might be great, but the technicians from DQ / CTrack can make it look bad.

The first technician came on the 28th April 2015 to rectify problem on Chevrolet Cruz.

This technician was not trained well as he did not have plastic wedges to remove panels and used a *****driver and so damaged by panels. He also scratch the paint work on the bottom of the car.

The last straw came when he had to WhatsApp someone else by taking pictures of the Motorola diagnostic screens - unit not supported in red. This went on for 15 minutes and I asked him to leave.

What I noticed was that the unit was not fixed correctly to body of car and was lying in wire channel and black tape was in a ball on the side of the channel. The same technician now wanted to use standard household double sided tape to mount the unit - just to end up with the same problem and DQ coming to replace the unit for the fourth time. The next point was why he had to exhaust smoke breath all over my car. Why did he have to use my car mat to protect his knees on the brick paving - not rubber mat but Chevrolet branded mats.
