DQ Tracker - 25/02/2015 - Call for REPLACEMNENT

I reported this incident last year in July 2014 and they came in and fixed my tracker and now i had a call this morning at 9:59 am 25/02/2015 from Discovery to say that my DQ Tracker has not been working . How pathetic is this .....Now they want to replace the tracker once again . Im just fed up and disgusted with the service Discovery is doing ...if there was a hijacking ??? what would of happened
