DQ Track - WHAT A PATHETIC PIECE OF HARDWARE

Dear Discovery Insure,

I have been a client since 1 November 2017 and will raise the following which may be applicable to may others with your DQ tracking device installed. This particular device has been installed on my car for (including today) 6 days. I have been noticing that I am not getting 5 green stars daily and investigated only to find that this DQ tracker does not track and score accurately resulting in poor overall scoring. The same strip of highway according to this piece of krap device records me as "speeding". The speed limit is 80KM on this particular highway, on 13 November I had my cruise control set to 80KM and this pick it up as speeding, this evening 14 November I drove between 75-80KM and this recorded this as speeding ***????? Can anyone explain this??? Next I will be recording a video of speed to show Discovery that this device is inaccurate and a piece of ****!!!!!
