DQ Track not accurate

<p>I have been with Discovery Insure for a while now. I am very happy with the product. I used to get my active reward on a weekly basis for no infringements in a 100km cycle. The last month has changed. I noticed that i am not able to meet my weekly target. i have been getting speeding violations. i then went really slow to see if something was wrong. for the last couple of weeks i have made an concerted effort to reach my target to no avail. I have kept to the limit and was actually going around 50km/h. I still got a violation. I then phoned the call center but the agent was not helpfull. I asked her to test it for me and she said she could not see any errors. Please assist.</p>
