DQ Points Fuel Rewards

<p>I joined Discovery Insure on the 1st Sep 2016 with the aim of saving money and also receiving the Fuel reards.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited 1 1/2 months for the fule rewards as it runs, I belive from the 15th to the 15th.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been swiping my card everytime I put petrol and my trips have all been recorded through the app.</p> <p> </p> <p>How was it, that I found that this month my fuel rewards were R0 !!</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called I was told that my card was no linked. Yet they harass you if your tag is not working.</p> <p> </p> <p>Perhaps they should better train the staff at the Tyger wheel and tyre as, when I got my tag I also linked the card at the same time with one of the tyger wheel staff and assumed everything was done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I've lost out on R350.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also to add, my wife's tag has bee swopped out and we have tried everything, even calling their call centre 3x, yet the tag and app are not working. Another car I'm now losing out on Fuel rewards.</p> <p> </p> <p>I fell like just cancelling altogether, as I find the service is unaccepatble.</p>
