Downhill Service

Discovery is quick to sign you up but once you join, the service is all downhill. I have been trying to get a complaint resolved for months to no avail. They don't respond to emails, lie to you to get you to open a policy, are difficult to contact when you need help and have failed to resolve my complaint. I'm frustrated and can't deal with them any further and have decided to cancel my insurance policy. The high premiums are definitely not worth the frustration.
