Downgraded to R81.00 pm vitality which does not cover basic discounts partners

I asked to cancel R300.00 pm vitality before I got a call about the alternative and I took it cause it is cheap but when I queried for pick n pay or clicks discounts non was offered which makes R81.00 pm misleading and not sure what is covered since it does not cover things that were mentioned in the call. I am concerned that there will be no progress and pay the same R81.00 for services I do not need again.
