Double Standards

We recently filed for a claim for belongings that was ****** from our home buy a family member.The claim was rejected and reason given to us was the member stayed with us.However he only stayed there for two weeks and was not a permenent resident.We also have a domestic worker so if she ***** from us are they going to use the same excuse.This same person stole from us on a previous occasion as well and we also submitted a claim which Discovery paid us out.A case was opened for both incidents with the SAPS.I have taken out insurance with this company for a reason and that is to protect my belongings from such incidents.My premium was and is still paid every month and on time.We have send them a letter and waiting on feedback.If my case are not revised i will take it another step further by contacting the ombudsman.
