double payment for 1 car

I sold my carbi had covered with you about a month ago and the new owner is continuing with discovery but got a seperate insurance plan and advised discovery that he will be moving my vehicle and covering it under his profile. Yet today i was debited which means discovery debited us both for the same car which is being covered twice. Please can this be rectified .
