Doscovery insure refusing to fix my car seat discount to 50% and they shortpaid my may 2024 fuel cash back!! Pls fix this!!!

Its me again, I will try to keep it short cause you already have this but you are doing nothing abt it- this dept of Discovery is stressing me out-

As of Mau 2024, my car premium is R1079, 14(made up of R721, 54+151, 81+205, 79) I wont explain this cause u have this on your system

So this means from 1 May, you give me back my premium of R1079, 14) back in miles, and this premium of May 2024 is payable in June - you paid me in June but u paid me incorrectly!!! You paid me my old premium of R563, which Is incorrect

You have now capped the fuel cashback at premium, meaning the premium that was on the 1st of the month, is the premium I get back-/ we only use the status of previous month which is either golf, silver, diamond etc to determine how much % of your premium you get- butim always on diamond which means I should get half of my fuel sornd but of course that is now only capped at your car premium

My cat premium from May 2024 is R1079, 14-- you paid me only R563 on the 14th June(for may cashback) and this is incorrect - I want my money that you shortpaid me with

We are now ending June and you still have not resolved this, I've been going back and forth with this- I phoned in, I spoke to a consultant that doesn't know what she is talking about( whats new) she then gave me to get manager Wendy( please listen to this call) Wendy initially agreed with me that the premium I paid on the 1stvof May is the one I should get- the next thing she changes and say “we pay you at status of last month( true) so who said status is premium? Ooh my God like why am I the one who knows how this works on my own? Status is different from my premium- according to Wendy I must be laid my premium of April, and I will get my May premium in July- does this been make sense to anyone??

I already got my April premium in May!! So why do do y want to give it to me again in June??? In July I'm getting my June premium, and so forth, so when exactly am I getting my May premium cause I'm supposed to get it now in June -

Can I come in and give training on this??

On the app under fuel rewards you still have the incorrect premium as my cash back, it still says R563, until u correct this, you will still pay me R563 in July and further until u fix their - fix it

I increased my premium so my cashback can increase, so what is your story??? I can't just donate the moneh to you I want it back because I'm doing everything right to get it back

Discivetu insure has made me a friend of hellopetet and I hate it but seems that's our battlefield to resolve issues - cause otherwise I never hear from you

I am still waiting for Wendy to email me the document she claims says I must be paid premium of April, I told het she wont find it cause it doesn't exist, hence she has still not phoned me or emailed me

I then mailed Rhulani, I know he will get back to me- but Wendy where are you? You just left this unresolved because you don't know how to solve it? This is very simple so I don't know why it is complicated for you guys

I want my money that you shortpaid me with and I want you to fix the problem so that I get my correct cashback going forward- this must be done ASAP

Also- fix my car seat discount percent - it must be 50% because I'm diamond- why is it on 20%_ I have been asking you to fix this since last year - I am now at a point where I need a new car seat for my child he had outgrown his seat - this is urgent please fix this!!!!’
