Don't waste your time with the Vitality option.

I'm extremely disappointed with Discovery Insure's recent handling of my issue. Despite clearly outlining the issue in multiple emails, I've received only generic responses. It's been a week since my last review, and still no acknowledgment of the problem or a sincere attempt to resolve it. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is truly shocking.

I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider their choice of insurer if you wish to get any rewards from Vitality.
